"I'll take calligraphy and then I'll make a fake degree..."

So I finally got my stuff to make my senior schedule for next year...

I'm freaking and stressing out.  I thought I had it all figured out but right now I don't feel that way at all.  I've only taken one year of foreign language and now it seems that almost every college wants you to have two years of it, when I was lead to believe before that a ton of colleges would accept fine arts instead, which I have plenty of credits in that department (I'll have 11 by the time I graduate).  Not only that, but I'll have to take foreign language in college just to become a teacher.  Ahhh!  What the heck?  I live in America so why should I have to learn Spanish or German or French or whatever when I am perfectly capable of speaking English, America's official language?  That may sound mean, but it really is ridiculous when those of us who speak the native language of the land have to adapt to those coming into our country instead of them learning our language.

And then there's science...I have no idea what to do there.  I was planning on taking chemistry but I don't want to have a bunch of sophomores and juniors in that class when I'm a senior.

Plus newspaper:  I'm expected to return because I'm an editor, but I don't know if I even want to.  It's just so much stress.  And if I drop that class, I could get out after 7th hour!  I've taken an extra class every year and it'd be nice to not have that overload class.  But if I drop that class it also would open the window of opportunity to take a home ec class which I have wanted to do...

Oh and with English and Government I'm trying to decide if I want to take AP...

That's it, I just won't go to college.  Who needs it anyway?  ;-)

If anyone has any suggestions on what to do, feel free to comment.

Have a great weekend everyone!
