hmmmm so whats up? nothing really :-/ im busy 6 days a week doing something ems related. Im not a fan of my job but im just there for the experience. 911 doesnt wanna hire you without this non emergency transport experience. im working 4 and volunteering 2 other days on an ambulance. volunteering is great at times but boring at others. its sucks when im sitting there just waiting for a call. its like a huge waste of time. im sitting there just waiting for something to come over the radio and some days it just doesnt happen. [and dont get me wrong, im not trying to wish the worst on people. butttt when it happens i would like to be there ] it's a huge dissapointment when i sit there for 6 hours and NOTHING happens in our response area. but then on the other hand having complete strangers trusting you with there loved ones or letting you into there house, car or wherever they are is a pretty cool feeling. but the best part of it is when you get a GENUINE "thank you" from someone. That makes it all worth it. just knowing that you helped them and they actually appreciate it. i havn't gotten that feeling from anything else in my life yet.
