JaeJoong had never in his life seen a real vampire and only heard the stories. He had always believed the stories but now... Now he hesitated. JaeJoong opened the huge wardrobe and stared around him. He saw that the left of the cabinet was filled with all clothing in his size and the right part of the cabinet was filled with clothes that are too big for him, probably from YunHo.
JaeJoong took a blue shirt and light pants and wondered what he should do now. YunHo told him he had to stay inside and that he was not allowed to go outside. JaeJoong YunHo wondered what expected from him now that they were married. JaeJoong was startled from his thoughts when the sound of a knock on the door sounded and not much later the door opened. A vampire stepped inside and looked at him from head to toe and looked approvingly.
JaeJoong shrank back, not knowing what to do. Was this vampire attack him? JaeJoong remembered all the stories of his family and knew that it was very difficult to kill a vampire! Vampires were super fast and strong ... The skin of a vampire as a kind of armor, maybe even thicker than the skin of an elephant! Only with a special weapon, you could kill a vampire and JaeJoong had no weapon! He had seen his father, uncles and cousins all have a special knife to carry with them. The dagger was forged with a special and rare type of metal and was toxic to vampires.
JaeJoong looked in panic around and shrank even further backwards until his he stood with his back against the wall. "Stay away!" JaeJoong shouted and heard his voice trembled. In panic he glanced at the door and realized he was still way too slow to run. And where did he go running? Perhaps there were more vampires out there!
The vampire walked further into the room and closed the door behind him and smiled at him. JaeJoong was convinced that the smile was not friendly and he did not trust the vampire, his eyes were so cold! When the vampire laughed were two pairs of sharp teeth visible! YunHo had always withdrawn his teeth and was controlled, but this vampire...? When the vampire licked along his lips and stared at him JaeJoong knew for sure he was hungry!

YunHo had an important meeting that night with his parents and the vampire hunters. The last lines of the treaty were signed and the war was officially no more. The vampires promised to lay down their weapons as long as the vampires no longer attacked innocent people and killed them. The hunter clan demanded that their son, JaeJoong got to see every month and that he would be well cared for. If something happened to the hunters promised revenge.
YunHo put his signature and sealed the treaty with his own blood to make it official and got up from his chair. He did not like being so close to the hunters. He just smelled the blood of the slain vampires and felt that their weapons are still with them.
Puzzled, he wondered how JaeJoong, his man was related to those hunters. It was clear that the hunter clan their only son had not trained and that was exceptional. JaeJoong was too innocent and too vulnerable for a hunter, perhaps he had simply no talent and was therefore not trained. YunHo did not know exactly how it worked with the hunters, who decided which boys could be whether or not a hunter. YunHo knew that it was unusual that a boy was not a hunter. YunHo apologized and left. He needed to drink blood. He would not get distracted by his smell and do things he was going to regret. He would not be hungry in JaeJoong's presence. Quickly, he commissioned a servant to bring him a glass of blood.

YunHo therefore decided to stay away a little longer, which in itself is not bad, since he still had quite a lot of tasks that needed to be done. A new batch of blood would come tonight and it was expected from him that he inspected the cargo and, if necessary, approved or rejected the blood.
YunHo did not have long to wait for the blood because after ten minutes, a servant come to him, saying that the blood was delivered.
YunHo smelled each blood vessel and when the smell of a special blood type do not approve, he had a taster for the blood tests.

Everything now YunHo had to do was fill out some official papers. When he was finished he had his most important tasks done. Completing the paperwork was boring and tedious work but it had to happen. YunHo's parents wanted that YunHo learned how everything worked in the palace if he self became a king. YunHo understood why his parents let him do this work but it was not easy.
When he was finally ready, he decided it would go back to JaeJoong. He was already a few hours away and JaeJoong would now be bored. He was probably already awake, despite the fact that this was an unusual time for JaeJoong. JaeJoong had his whole rhythm to adapt, and that could sometimes be difficult.
YunHo cleared his office, closed his office door. He quickly decided to have one last cup of blood to drink before he came to JaeJoong, just in case.

YunHo slammed the door and ran inside. Immediately he saw JaeJoong, he stood with his back against the wall and stared terrified at the vampire in front of him. When the vampire saw him he threw himself at once on the ground, before YunHo's feet. "My prince..." wailed the vampire, he knew he had gone too far and feared the worst.
YunHo glared at the vampire who was on the ground and kicked him in his belly. "Get out! NOW!" The vampire struggled to his feet and ran as fast as he could leave. The vampire was so panicked that he almost stumbled over the threshold and fell to the ground. The vampire struggled to his feet and ran away.
YunHo looked anxiously at his wife, "are you okay?" YunHo saw to his astonishment that JaeJoong looked up at him and ran toward him. JaeJoong had tears in his eyes, probably due to the fear. He, the only son of a hunter family felt safe with a vampire...
JaeJoong was confused, not knowing why he felt so safe with the vampire and whether that's a good sign.
