Weekend plans + Uni Ramble!

Jan 22, 2011 12:20

Hi everyone! How's your weekend so far? Hopefully it's a relaxing one. :)

♥ Weekend Plans - My weekend so far has not been as I had planned it to be. I was hoping to catch a movie yesterday (possibly Season of the Witch or The Chronicles of Narnia), but that didn't happen. Today I'm hoping to at least go rent a movie, since I've been in a movie-watching kind of mood lately~  XD; Does anyone have any good movie recommendations?  Maybe an action-thriller? I think the last movie I saw was Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows in November.
Either way, tomorrow I'm finally going shopping! I have a list of books/manga that I'm planning to get. I've been watching some book reviews on YouTube and have come across some interesting ones.

Mangas:
High School of the Dead Vol. 1 - This one is scheduled to be released the 25th of January, but I'm praying that they will have it already! >___< I loved the anime, and I really can't wait to read this!
Black Butler Vol. 4 - I'm slowly collecting the Kuroshitsuji manga, which I'm loving way more than the anime! Sebastian! *__*
Otomen Vol. 9 - I'm not sure if this one was released already? Anywho, it's becoming one of my recent obsessions!
Pandora Hearts Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 - Now this manga I'm sure they have! I've been meaning to get it for a while, but always seem to forget!

Books:
Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick ** I'm pretty sure I will buy this!
Betrayed and Chosen by P.C. Cast (House of Night Series) ** Definitely must get this!
Anastasia's Secret by Susanne Dunlap
The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins

♥ Uni - On Monday I will have time to adjust my schedule after 1pm. I decided not to take Calculus II until the summer. I got a C for Calculus I, due to the horror of a final, and it sort of traumatized me? ^^; It's a little dumb to be afraid since it wasn't like I failed but, I've been told Calculus II is the most difficult out of the three Calculus. To be honest, I don't think I can get higher than a C if I do take it this semester and I really want to get a B! I don't know...Sorry for the ranting and whining guys.

♥ House of Night Series - On Wednesday, I finished reading Marked which is the first installment in the House of Night Series. I must say that it was amazing! I couldn't stop reading! Even though the the Vampire theme is being exploited lately, I must say I really like how they used it in this book. Now, I really can't wait to get the rest of the series.

Thanks for reading guys! That's it for this post! Sorry that it's a little boring and short! ^^; Take care all, and once again have a nice weekend! :)
