Ich liebe Deutschland
ONLY 4 WEEKS OF SCHOOL LEFT! I'm really getting stressed with everything, and I can't wait till it's over, simply for the fact that I won't have to worry about papers, and presentations, and readings, and all that fun stuff.
So today my dad's hair started to fall out. It's weird, 'cause this will be the first time I'll see him without facial hair. He's always had either a mustache, or a mustache with a goatee. I've always had the same image of him for 18 and a half years, so this will definitely be interesting to witness. We try to joke about it to make him feel better. My mom keeps picking at his hair, haha, and he gets mad.
I'm working on my Nazi Party paper, and I'm actually having a great time writing it. I'm slowly working on it, and I hope to finish the draft sometime today.
We started watching Triumph of a Will in Modern Germany yesterday, and I was just so amazed at how much power Hitler did have. I mean, you look at speeches he's give, and to what extent all the men would gather and march for him, and it just boggles your mind. It's so weird to think that just one person could do that. I mean, he had 250,000 men doing what he wanted at times. Wow.
I'm really contemplating taking German. I don't know how much it will come in handy, but I think it would be awesome.
