It's official, now...
I am still not finished and I will be writing through Sunday, but I have some things already put together. This means a pretty good edited version. I wasn't able to totally boot my inner editor to the curb, but I did learn alot about my strengths and weaknesses as a writer, and how to overcome them.
To the couple of you who have had to put up with me talking about nothing else, I promise that you will be able to read my trash in just a few weeks. Then you can tell me to shut the hell up about it. I'll probably continue to make a big deal out of actually finishing things, up until maybe my third book and completed thesis. Appologies in advance!
I think I will hold off getting a new piercing, my reward, until all the scenes are fleshed and done, but I can't help celebrating a little today. I think my reward will be dicking with my printer until it prints, or sucking it up and running to Best Buy to get a new one. Fuck, I already had to get a new laptop, thanks to this little endeavor.

EDIT: Printer works, but the cartridges blow. At least those are less expensive!
