These are spoilers for Episode 20 What Is and What Should. They are major spoilers so read at your own risk!

In Episode 20, What Is and What Should, we have Dean doing Its a Wonderful Life. Uh-huh, its a What If episode. One where he is living a normal life in Lawrence Kansas. He is in love and is living with a girl called Carmen Flores who is a nurse and knows him better than himself. Sam and him are estranged and don't get along well. Sam's in Stanford. Mary is alive and so is John and are living in their old house. The family are not at all close. And Dean is the only one who remembers their real life. Because he was attacked by something called The Djinn and because of which he ended up in this weirdo life. Now will he continue to live in this normal life where his parents or alive? Will he gain his family's trust and get them back together? Or will he fight to go back to his not-so-normal life?
But if that wasn't all, who's that woman he saw ith her throat slit from the middle? She looks really familiar.

Okay, so the above spoilers were my version of them. I had read them at a couple of places and I put them together to get that. But then, I found some other spoilers that were quite accurate although didn't mention much about the family stuff. Anyway, decided to post them, in case I wasn't clear enough.

Dean is attacked by a Djinn, which warps his reality when it touches him. He wakes in a Lawrence, Kansas apartment next to a woman named Carmen. When he calls Sam to report, the exasperated little brother accuses Dean of drunk-dialing him (hearing 'gin' instead of 'djinn') and tells him to sleep it off. After hanging up on him, Sam returns to his research books - which include a law school textbook.
Dean gets a taste of a normal life. While all is not rosy - in this warped reality, Sam's in school and the brothers do not get along - Dean is speechless when he's able to see his mother alive and well, and living in his childhood home. Struggling to find out what happened, Dean turns to Carmen, a nurse he apparently lives with and loves, and who knows this new Dean better he knows himself.
But while relaxing on his couch, Dean spots a woman with her throat cut, who looks very familiar.

Duuuude! This episode is gonna be fuckin' awesome!
