I decided to repeat W4D2 since the other day I stopped jogging 20 seconds early. I made up for it later in the run but still. Also, I haven't ran since 1/2! Lots going on with the move, but hopefully I can get back on schedule & do this at least 2x per week and hopefully 3.
The cool things about today's run: I didn't feel like I was dying. I even talked with someone briefly to tell them I liked their dog..meaning I was able to speak without wheezing all over the place. I finished my 2nd 5 min interval and ran another 2-3 minutes for the heck of it! The weather was nice for a change so that helped. I even got to wear my new running skirt haha :)
