Someone told me you don't have to follow the training calendar exactly ..and I feel like I could use a little more time gearing up for this, so I repeated W1D1 a third time. You go girl! I have peanut butter and banana for breakfast. Plus carrot and spinach and coconut oil.At least it's varied.

What do you do with the carrot & spinach & coconut oil? Do you roast them w/ coconut oil (instead of olive oil) or something? Inquiring minds want to know. I tried coconut oil in a breakfast bread recipe once & it kind of made things taste odd. I shall have to try again but need tips!

I don't do anything with it! I just eat it raw. I know, not very exciting. I used to not eat breakfast at all. I don't particular enjoy my mornings. So the brekfast is just... fuel that I cram down my throat.
You can get two kinds of coconut oil. One tastes like coconut. Is that virgin? I think so. Maybe. And then there's the other kind that doesn't taste like coconut. I quite like the coconut taste myself. Although I haven't tried it for baking.

You eat coconut oil raw? That is pretty hardcore. lol. Spinach & carrots raw sound quite healthful though. I'm hoping I get to make some soup w/ spinach in it soon. Yum.
