The beer is steadily improving as it carbonates further. I love amber ales.
Wine 1: a sour, bitter, yeasty cider. Ugh. Maybe with time; I haven't tried any in a while. A true goon wine. Awful infected. Has to be.
Wine 2: a thin, light, cranberry-flavored, clear, tasty, fine wine. Almost good. Add a little sugar, and it's a Franzia with character.
Hopefully a stout will get started soon, but that's a delicate beer like nobody's business. Next up: an IPA, another English ale, fresh-pressed wine from froots, and another hard lemonade.
Found a flat. I'm looking forward to not moving every damned bottle back and forth to do every damned little thing, including go home during breaks.
Need more St Johns Wort. And a new therapist while I'm at it.
At U. GA, Baird (in philosophy) is a twat. Terrible instructor.
