... Guardians of the Galaxy is amazing. I am in love with everything about it. But especially Peter Quill. I want to cuddle his soul and hang out and eat burgers with him. I fucking LOVE that type of character. It's pretty much my all-time favourite archetype. About thirty seconds into the opening credits I could feel him literally reach in and steal my heart! <333

I went to see the film again today and took the folks. They loved it. I knew they would, but I was so, so happy that they did. I felt like a child walking out of the cinema with them. "WHAT ABOUT THE BIT WHERE HE DID THIS? AND THEN THE BIT WHERE HE WAS ALL 'THEY GOT MY DICK MESSAGE!'? WASN'T THAT FUNNY OMG!!!"
Anyway. Yeah. Cocky, Dork Heroes are wonderful. Peter Quill is wonderful. And guess who my next cosplay is gonna be. ;P
