This is my first Faberry fic. I wrote it in about 4-5 hours, I think. Idk, I haven't been asleep in a while. Anyways, I was inspired by a Faberry video I saw, it's really good and adorable! I don't even know how many times I watched it today! This fic is not really based off of it, I mean, I guess it could be if you squint though. I'm not completely pleased with this. Also I couldn't think of a good title, this one's just a play on the name of the glee club. It's pretty fluffy. Also, pay no attention to how they got each others phone numbers :P
It's a one-shot, but if you all like it, and I stumble upon more inspiration I might be willing to make a second part, or branch a chapter fic off of it. But that's a BIG MIGHT, I haven't been committed to a chapter fic in so long.
Anyways, enough rambling, hope you enjoy it :)

Rachel&Quinn - Meteor Shower ____________________________________________________
Rachel was in the schools restroom, crying as she tried as best she could to clean the eggs off of herself when she heard the door open. She looked to the door to see Quinn standing there, looking at her confused, as she had a hand resting on her baby bump. Rachel almost confused Quinn's baffled look with concern.
Quinn takes note of Rachel's matted hair and the yellow stains on her clothes as she sees the girl scramble to dry her streams of tears.
"Rachel..." She says full of concern, seeing how much trouble the singer is having trying not to break down in front of her. "What happened?" She asks, finally moving further into the restroom from her spot at the door.
"You care?" She asks sarcastically, her voice thick from trying to hold back the tears.
It hurts, but she deserved it, Quinn thinks as she casts her gaze downward. What reasons had she ever given the other girl to think she actually cared about her?
"Rachel, I do..." She whispers, full of concern.
Rachel catches her gaze in the mirror.
"You wouldn't understand." She says as she continues cleaning herself up.
"I wouldn't?" Quinn asks, arching an eyebrow, noting her baby bump, and Rachel looks at her through the mirror again.
"No." She says firmly. "So you've been slushied once. Big deal. That's nothing compared to being slushied everyday for the past two years, some of which were done by you. Even now with your pregnancy and being kicked off the cheerios, you're still leagues ahead of me in the popularity department. So you'll be teased for nine months. You've tormented me since the seventh grade. You'll have your baby, drop the weight, maybe even be accepted back to the cheer-leading squad, and then you'll go back to picking on me along with the rest of them. So tell me again how you could possibly understand what I'm going through." She says with emotion, but not once raising her voice at the former head cheerleader.
Quinns eyes are glazed over with tears, her mouth slack jawed as she just keeps her eyes on Rachel's through the mirror.
"You're right. I have no right to even imply that I know what you're going through, and I'm sorry. I am, really, for everything. And I know sorry doesn't even scratch the surface of making up for all the things I've done to you, but for now that's all I have." She says, a solemn look on her face as she continues holding Rachel's gaze.
When Rachel fails to say anything in response to her apology, Quinn breaks eye contact and, remembers why she had come into the restroom in the first place, and goes into a stall. Rachel is still cleaning herself off when she comes out, and Quinn tries to avoid watching her as she goes to wash her hands, not wanting to make the other girl uncomfortable.
"I'm not mad at you." She hears for the brunette, and turns her attention to her. "I've forgave you a long time ago, Quinn. I just figured someone who projects so much attention onto me... you must be going through something emotionally that you don't know how to convey through words-" Quinn looks away, scrunching her face nervously but it goes unnoticed by Rachel. "-or there must be something going on at home. That or you just actually hate me. Which I understand how you could. I am rather annoying, so people say... and the thing with Finn."
"Forget it, I'm over Finn." Quinn says. They're quiet for a bit as Rachel looks at her cautiously. "So... do you want to talk about what happened?" She asks, gesturing to Rachel's stained sweater. Rachel turns back to the mirror.
"Eggs." She says, combing her fingers through her hair. "I've managed to get most of it out of my hair, I won't be able to do a better job on it until I get home. I'll have to blow dry it here since we still have three periods left and I'd rather not walk around with my hair all wet. Luckily, over the past few years, I've learned to keep a blow dryer in my locker." She says, looking at Quinn through the mirror again, and the blond looks away guiltily.
"...it was Jesse." Rachel says sullenly, fumbling with the comb in her hands. "And Vocal Adrenaline." She sniffles.
"Rachel, I'm so sorry."
"He said he loved me. Right before he smashed the egg over my head, he said he loved me, but how can someone who loved you, hurt and embarrass you like that?" She cries. Quinn hesitantly puts a hand on her shoulder turning broken songstress towards her.
"Wait until everyone hears about it." She cries, looking up at the blond then sniffling. "I'll get a big 'I told you so' from everyone in Glee."
"You won't." The blond protests, shaking her head.
"I was such an idiot, listening to my heart. It was lying to me the whole time, just an illusion. I thought we had something, I really liked Jesse."
"You did, and that's why it hurts so much."
"Why? Why does no one want me? Am I really that horrible?"
"You're not horrible, Rachel!" She says reassuringly.
"No? I scared off Finn, stalked Mr. Schu, Noah... we mutually broke up, he thought I was frigid, I was still trying to peruse Finn, and now Jesse."
"You stalked Mr. Schu?" Quinn asks judgmentally and Rachel sighs and looks around abashed.
"Ok, 1. Puck doesn't count, he can't even stay committed to me and I'm having his baby. 2. Finn is easily confused, he can't make up his mind. 3. Mr. Schu.... we'll just let that slide. and 4. This isn't an 'I told you so' but I'm gonna go ahead and believe Jesse was a spy, so he was using you to get to us. It's not your fault, you thought it was real." She says comfortingly. Rachel sniffles and smiles up at her.
"Thank you for trying to make me feel better." She sniffles again. Quinn removes her hand from the brunettes shoulder and runs it through her own hair, looking away from the shorter girl.
"It's nothing, I owe you anyway. Think of it as the first step of my 'make it up to Rachel' campaign." She says, smiling at her.
Rachel smiles back. She'd like to ask why Quinn's being so nice to her, and why she hasn't slushied her in so long. Sure the blond hasn't really treated her like crap since sectionals, but this is the first actual conversation they've ever had where Quinn was actually nice to her, and didn't call her man hands, RuPaul, or treasure trail. But she knows not to look a gift horse in the mouth and just chalks it up to the baby making her hormonal.
"I'm sure you'll find someone. Unlike me who can't even keep the father of my baby around."
"Yeah right, I might as well be looking for a needle in a haystack. But you, you're gorgeous Quinn. You could have anyone." Rachel
"I'm pregnant, nobody wants a pregnant chick."
"They're idiots, you're beautiful, and the pregnancy makes you glow." She says, smiling "But thank you, I know what you're trying to do." She says, then walks to the door and opens it. She looks back at Quinn. "I'm an overachieving know it all who doesn't know when to shut up. I'm the one no one wants, or even likes." She says with a sad smile as she exits the restroom.
Quinn bites her lip in thought as she stares at the spot Rachel was just standing.
Rachel's phone plays an instrumental of 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow' signaling she has a text. She pulls her bedazzled phone from her pink hoodie and flips it open.

There are people who like you.
I know I'm not your ideal, but I've.... more than liked you since 7th grade :/
She stares at her phone in shock as people pass by her in the hallway. It doesn't register in her head when the bell rings and she doesn't notice that no one else is in the hall with her. After staring at her phone for the past few minutes, a faint smile makes its was across her face.
When Quinn doesn't get a reply back to her text, she's pretty worried Rachel didn't take it too well. She goes to the rest of her classes, afraid Rachel might have told someone and that it's spread around school and that people will call her out on it. This would be the singers chance to get back at her after all those years of torment, though deep down she knows Rachel wouldn't do something like that, she's not that kind of girl, but she can't help but worry about it.
When the bell rings, signaling that school is over, Quinn hightails it to her locker. She thinks about skipping Glee, feeling that no reply to her text is a sign of rejection, because really, why would Rachel give her this kind of a chance? Sure, she said she's forgiven her, but that doesn't mean she'd ever give Quinn the chance to date her, and perhaps this was too soon, much too soon. She just officially apologized to the girl today, plus she's trying to get over Jesse. And she's pregnant! Besides, just because the girl has two gay dads, it doesn't me she herself is gay! Really, what was Quinn thinking when she sent that text?! She slams her locker shut, frustrated with herself and her spur of the moment thinking. She walks down the hallway, observing her surroundings cautiously to see if she's getting any different stares from the usual 'pregnant girl' stares, when the brunette that sent her into the thinking frenzy enters her line of sight. She freezes and tries not to look at her as she makes her way to the exit doors.
"Quinn!" She hears the girl shout. She stops and turns to the girl, trying to avoid eye contact. "I....I..." Quinn looks at the smaller girl and sighs a breath of relief, seeing her look bashfully at her loafers, a pink tinge to her cheeks. "I hope you aren't skipping Glee."
"I was going to." The blond admits guilty.
"Please don't?" Rachel asks, finally looking back at Quinn.
"Ok." She says bashfully, breaking out into a grin, brushing her hair behind her ear. Rachel smiles contently.
"I'll see you in Glee then." She says, backing away, still smiling. Quinn nods confirmingly and Rachel's smile gets bigger as she turns around and walks in the direction she was going.
That day during their Glee meeting, Rachel tells the club about the incident, and thought there's a big uproar from them about payback, and how they're the only ones allowed to humiliate Rachel, she doesn't care so much about it anymore. She isn't even worried about Jesse, and she doesn't notice Finn's longing looks at her anymore. She can't help stealing glances at the blond and blushing on the several occasions their eyes met during. But it's ok, because Quinn's stealing glances and blushing too.
