weee life. busy busy. i got my ear pierced. i love it. i think i'm passing my classes so far. i stayed at the art building until 4 in the morning working on prints for my 8 o'clock class. so i woke up, the sun was shining merrily into my room.. WAIT. WHY IS THE SUN SHINING??? and it was 9:40 and my class started at 8. marvelous. when i got there, they were still critiquing, so i didn't miss much really. all my prints are messed up because they're all mis-registered so they're not aligned at all. but that's okay, because they look awesome anyways. i'll just make more later. yay. got some art shows coming up and i don't know what i want to enter. btw, someone offered $1000 for one of my pieces. amazing. when i go up to austin again, i'll ask if he still wants it for that much. i've been observing at mcneil for my art education class. it's fun to watch the kids develop their skillz. some of them are pretty good while i question why some are in an art class, but hey, it's art. maybe they'll have a career in com des. whatever. one of my teachers this semester is the head of the art department, so i've been complaining to him about scheduling. he attempted to accomodate me by adding an intro to photo over summer II. guess i'll take the classes i was planning to take at acc. or something. 2 of the teachers at mcneil had him as a teacher as well while they were at texas state. he's a decent teacher though. anyways, keep in touch. spring break, yay!
