Good 'ol Fridays
so today is another friday out of the month
heres what my fridays consist of..
wake up next to zack
get dressed and go to sealy
pick up zacks paycheck
on the way back we sop in colombus and eat jack in the box
(which i bought today)
once we get back to la grange we hang out at my house until about 1:45 which is when i leave to go to work
once i get to work i help esther put up and refil the salad bar
then i start on my food that gets put out in the bar
-cut cheese cubes
-make and put dips in serving glasses
-put salsa into a small bowl
-get tortilla chips and kettle chips ready
-get crackers ready
then once thats done if its 4:00 i help esther put the salad bar back out
after that its about 4:30 and ill either cut stuff for the salad bar or in todays case... make muffin mix and probably make some more dinner rolls for sunday
ok so its 5:00 and my bar food goes out
rick makes the cheese dip
i fry some poppers (they are breaded jalapinos with cream cheese inside)
get everything else on a cart and put it out in the bar.
5:00 esther is gone but she makes the list of things for me to do ... which usually isnt alot since its a friday and fridays are usually busy
Realization: i have to clean the salad bar tubs tomorrow. i get to go to work in sloppy clothes! yay. 0.0
ugh so zack and matt are going to austin like right now... im so jealous. ive lived here for about 3-4 months... not including the summer and i still havent been to austin. im not thrilled at all. and what sucks even more is that i cant really take off a day or anything cuz theres not really anyone to fill in.
oh well. maybe one of these days zack will take off a monday or tuesday and we can go. that would be nice. oh but what is nice is that he wants to take me out on monday. im excited. but the weird part is that almost all last week i was thinking about how its weird that him and i have been together for two months and one week and we've never been on a "date". lol then blam. he asks me if i want to go eat on monday. hah how cute. i didnt even say anything either... maybe we have a similar brain link. ... who knows?
