Things have been much better now that Masada's here, though he's taking up much of my time. I haven't been exploring in a while, but I honestly haven't felt the urge to. Making sure Masada is comfortable and entertained is my top priority.
Kaiba says that Masada can't loiter in the arcade all day, so I pay for him to play games. While he's extremely good at obscure games, he''s... terrible at most others. He never did have good hand-eye coordination, unless he's playing the piano. I've never seen anyone play piano better than Masada. I believe he can become a great musician. We've picked up my piano lessons right where we left off.
As Masada has moved in with me, he's taken to doing housework, such as cooking and cleaning - neither of which he is particularly good at. I don't mind. We don't spend much time at home, anyway. I love taking Masada out to restaurants. We never had enough money to do that before. All we could afford was McDonald's. We felt so wealthy, when we sat down with cheeseburgers and sodas. We felt like kings. With all the food we can afford now, we feel like gods.
It's getting less and less alarming that I can't dream. There were times when I didn't dream within the dream, and I guess this is no different.
