Kyle got the job.
The woman who interviewed him at Chase and told him he'd hear something by the end of that week? WENT ON VACATION. Hence why when he started calling her once a day it went straight to voicemail. (Only hilarious in retrospect, but there were two positions available. So a few minutes before the woman called to say he got the job, he got an e-mail apologizing that he didn't get the job.)
But, anyway, he doesn't start until the 25th, at which point it is apparently 6 weeks of intense training. Fraud services doesn't mess around? He'll only be getting $1 more per hour than he was working for the temp agency, but it's a real, full-time position. AND he only works four days a week, ten hour days, which is perfect. I'd give anything if HD would let me work that schedule!
