Pick four of your favourite bands/artists and pick from their songs, which is the most inspirational, the best to dance to, the most depressing, which has the best lyrics and your personal favourite.

QUEEN~
Most Inspirational: This is such a hard question. I find so many Queen songs so inspirational it's hard to even fathom picking one. The Miracle, Is This The World We Created..., I Want It All (the Queen Rocks version, because it has the pretty harmony at the beginning), We Are The Champions, I Want To Break Free, Don't Stop Me Now. There are A LOT I would pick for this one. The Miracle inspires me more than it probably does other people. We Are The Champions has never been one of my favourites, though, to be completely honest. I'm going to have to go with what the popular vote would probably be, which is by far I Want To Break Free, because it's got a very... energizing, I guess, melody. Even though The Miracle is by far more inspirational for me as a personal thing.
Best To Dance To: Oh, GOD, this is even harder! I dance to everything, quite literally. Like, Law & Order theme? I'm dancing. So this is really difficult. Don't Stop Me Now is in there, as my father can attest to -- every time we listen to it in the car, I have very specific choreography I do (woah, woah, woah, woah, woah \o/ EXPLODE!). Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy has to be in there... Khashoggi's Ship, and Party, most definitely. Fat Bottom Girls, Another One Bites The Dust, Seven Seas Of Rhye, Body Language. THERE ARE SO MANY. We Will Rock You. Ugh, God. I really can't pick between which is the best, but because my own choreography (lol seriously everyone needs to see this) and that in Shaun Of The Dead is fucking amazing when it comes to this song, I'm going with Don't Stop Me Now. Invisible Man is good, too, shit... I CAN'T PICK ONE FOR THIS, CAN I SKIP IT?
Most Depressing: Okay, this is really difficult for me. Ridiculously so. The Show Must Go On makes me cry all the time, as do Who Wants To Live Forever, Love Of My Life, I Want It All (ironically enough, this one can make me cry when I'm in the right mindset), Too Much Love Will Kill You (the Queen version or the Brian May version, which you should look up if you haven't heard it before, because it's basically the most heartbreaking thing to listen to ever), Save Me, Is This The World We Created. This one really has to be considered a tie, because the two songs I'm picking have made me cry in the past half hour. Love Of My Life makes me absolutely the most upset ever sometimes, because seriously, the Brian May version, oh my god. Not to mention the Freddie version. Too Much Love Will Kill You also gets this title, because again, both versions just made me sob my face off. Generally, anything that can make me think remotely of Freddie Mercury's death can fall in this category at one point or another.
Best Lyrics: GOD THIS JUST GETS HARDER, SHIT. I adore the lyrics to Love Of My Life. Bohemian Rhapsody is good, too, of course. But honestly, I'm going to have to go to with The Miracle. I can't really explain it, but the lyrics in that song always make me feel something. I love it.
Personal Favourite: This is harder than I could have thought. The Miracle is a fucking great album. Under Pressure is an amazing song, almost anything off of Jazz... I honestly can't pick a favourite. I like too many. If I'm going to go with a popular vote over which is a better song, it would probably end up being Under Pressure or Bohemian Rhapsody. So I'll say that my favourite is those, because I definitely can't pick.

NINE INCH NAILS~
Most Inspirational: Well, this is difficult for NIN... None of their songs are really 'inspirational'. Hurt has always inspired me somewhat... Capital G is inspiring in a totally different way, just to get a certain fucker out of office. I'm gonna go with Hurt, though, partly because of the Johnny Cash version with the piano always makes me all... hifsyhdlfghsd. I don't know why.
Best To Dance To: Depending on how you dance, really, this question could be really difficult or really easy. I like dancing to March Of The Pigs and to Starfuckers Inc, but that's mostly me being really fucking strange and dancing like a spaz. I like dancing to Mr. Self Destruct, but again, I'm strange. The one I like dancing to most would definitely have to be Closer, which everyone has heard and it's probably damn predictable for me to say. But I don't care, that song is hot, bitches.
Most Depressing: This one isn't difficult simply because I'm a big sap, but it's definitely Hurt, either version -- Johnny Cash or NIN. Depending on whether I'm actually upset or just depressed, it can make me cry forever, tbh. I love it, though, really, it's one of my favourites.
Best Lyrics: March Of The Pigs, Starfuckers Inc, I'm Looking Forward To Joining You, Finally; Terrible Lie, Capital G, Survivalism. I'm gonna go with Starfuckers Inc, though, because really, NIN isn't so much about lyrics as rhythm.
Personal Favourite: This is actually fairly easy for me, just because I'm lame and I'm saying Hurt, yet again. I seriously adore that song too much for words.

PLACEBO~
Most Inspirational: Again, a bit difficult since Brian Molko is a bit of a depressing bastard (♥) so there aren't many 'inspirational' songs by Placebo. I suppose Pure Morning is sort of inspiring, and I Do is, too. This is hard for the opposite reason of Queen, definitely, there just aren't very many inspiring songs in the traditional sense. I'm gonna go with 36 Degrees, though, just because the melody feels sort of uplifting for some reason.
Best To Dance To: This one is hard, because I dance to everything, even when it shouldn't be danced to, as I've said... but that's alright, I'll deal. Taste In Men is good to dance to, as is Nancy Boy... Oh, god, Nancy Boy. I love that song a little too much. Special K is ridiculously fun to dance to. I like dancing to Infra-red, though again, that's just me. XD Really, I think I'd have to say Nancy Boy, because it's got a good beat and while the production is a little less than their newer stuff, it's kind of fucking awesome anyway. So, yes.
Most Depressing: Again, Brian Molko is a depressing bastard. Follow The Cops Back Home is pretty depressing, as is Pierrot The Clown. Post Blue is kind of depressing, too, Black-Eyed, Pure Morning, Bruise Pristine, You Don't Care About Us, Every You Every Me, Taste In Men, Lady Of the Flowers, The Bitter End, Nancy Boy, Without You I'm Nothing, Drag, Infra-Red, Space Monkey. Really, it's almost impossible to choose a Placebo song that's the most depressing... I'm going to go with Pierrot The Clown because the last time I listened to that it made me cry. XD
Best Lyrics: No Question; Protege-Moi, the french version.
Personal Favourite: This is hard for me. Because Placebo is basically impossible for me to chose a favourite for. I love me some Placebo. I'm caught between three, really; I adore Protege-Moi (and it's just so hot), really a lot, and I listen to it damn frequently. I listen to Pure Morning a lot, too, though, and the lyrics for that one are amazing. And Follow The Cops Back Home has grown on me a lot in the past week or so. I'm really fond of it. Lately I'm much more a fan of Meds than I am of any other Placebo album I've got, so I think I'll go with Follow The Cops Back Home; This changes all the time for Placebo, honestly. It's totally impossible for me to pick a favourite.

BOB DYLAN~
Most Inspirational: I keep going back and forth between having to pick one inspirational song from many and picking one from almost none. Forever Young is hella inspiring, of course. Ring Them Bells makes me cry, to be honest, because it feels so... really uplifting, for some reason. Knockin' On Heaven's Door, too, though I'm not sure why... Make You Feel My Love, of course, too. I think I'm gonna go with Forever Young on this one, just 'cause it makes me want to live a lot. God, I love Bobby Dylan...
Best To Dance To: This one isn't too hard for me, even though I dance to everything. It comes down to three: Maggie's Farm, Tangled Up In Blue, and Silvio. Between those three, it gets harder. Tangled Up In Blue isn't so much dancing as chilling and singing like you're in the bag. I think I'm going to have to go with Silvio, just because I pretty much adore that song forever and have since I was rl little. I used to get it stuck in my head and sing it all the time, but I just knew "Siiiiilvio! Silver and gold..." I was a weird kid, alright?
Most Depressing: Forever Young always reminds me that I'm going to get old and that makes me pretty upset. Then there's Ring Them Bells, which of course, as I've said, makes me pretty upset, for some reason. To be honest, though, Knockin' On Heaven's Door totally wins, because it's vaguely about dying, and because there are hella good covers of it fucking everywhere. There's a Clapton cover, a GNR cover... It's all around a fucking awesome song, and can get me down in a second most of the time.
Best Lyrics: Lay Lady Lay, To Be Alone With You, Make You Feel My Love, Forever Young. There are so many amazing lyrics on the Dylan albums I have. It's a little ridiculous. He's honestly a real poet, though that's just me. Tangled Up In Blue is amazing... Shelter From The Storm, too, and Maggie's Farm... It's so hard for me to pick one. But, to be honest, I'm going to have to say Make You Feel My Love. I've sung it to someone I care about a ridiculous amount, and when I was younger and actually still made mixed tapes (literal tapes -- nineties child!), I made one for my mom with the Bobby Dylan version as well as the Billy Joel cover... It's an important song for me, pretty sure.
Personal Favourite: This one is hard. Because lately Blood On The Tracks and Nashville Skyline are among my favourite albums. But for now, I'm definitely going with To Be Alone With You because Bobby's voice is so pretty on it.
