Jacked Up
On Friday, Bank of America let go all of the contractors/temps on the closing team. It is now massive chaos in our department. I got lucky and only had a few jacked loans. My boss is currently cussing at his desk because he got a lot of problem loans.
I'm not going to rip on temps because I know there are good temps out there that care about their job and will ask questions when they need help. It's not like they were ever left out of anything (I know some companies do leave temps out of everything).
People just don't care anymore. It makes me sad and makes me lose faith i society even more.
