this "strange food" looks like...wasabi mixed with onions and salad-croutons o__O;

Haha, interesting guess! You got the onion bit right (I THINK THERE WAS ONION?) but not the wasabi and the salad-croutons.

It's actually a spread you put on bread and crackers - like salsa and guacamole. However, it's not guacamole.
