Today in browsing my favorite blogs I came across a really good  article from a professional career coach. Today , as the end of 2009 she encourages everyone to  list their 3 top 10 lists.

These lists are as follows:

- Top 10 professional accomplishments of 2009
- Top 10 personal accomplishments of 2009
-  Top 10 happiness inducing activities (yes this can be a random free flowing list!)

I really liked the concept so I tried the excercise.   Which I have to say- the professional accomplishments I didn't even make 10 of them this year. Largely due to the face that I have been out of work for the majority of the year.  But the rest were really fun to do.

So I am passing this idea along to you. If you like make your own lists and post/repost as you see fit.

As for me- my results are under the cut.

Happy New Year Everyone

Top prfessional accomplishments.

  1. Created 2009 Global Forecast for a $100 million global corporation (Berkshire Blanket)

  2. Participated in strategic planning and management activities. (Berkshire Blanket)

  3. Researched current market trends, analyzed current customer shopping habits ( by physical location, age, and race demographics) and then used that information to design and implemented several new planograms : tobacco, energy bars, breakfast foods, frozen foods, and wine selection. (Pride Stores)

  4. Started my own marketing/ business solutions consulting firm

  5. Acquired my very first client

  6. Built a very basic website for my firm on my own. (Yes I know I will have to upgrade but for now having something up and having the domain name is the most important thing.)
