WELL.
So this morning J calls while I'm asleep and leaves a message with an alarm blaring in the background drowning her out.
I wake up, see I have two missed calls/two messages, and listen to them.
The alarm message makes me think of one my dog walkers (aka employees at the job) called my phone cause an alarm went off when they picked up a dog. This throws me off as they should be calling the office, not me. It furtherly throws me off cause I swear it sounds like J.
The next message I'm too out of it to understand but I kind of pick up that J's saying that her flight was canceled and to check my email.
I check my email (which I'm not allowed to do until vacuuming is done, so this throws my brain out the window) and there's no email.
I stand there and stare at my computer and mutter 'This is a dream.'
Nothing happens.
I look at my cellphone in my hand, shake it violently, and repeat 'This is a dream.
Still, nothing happens.
I felt like Casper.
Anyway.
I called J and turns out that I wasn't dreaming. Her flight got bumped. She said it was either drive, train, or another flight. After a tense little bit of time, she found another flight and is taking that.
Besides this:
Dog got bit pretty badly at the job. He's ok but jesus christ why all today.
But yeah. Madness today.
OH: and a fun little side note:
It seems at work I've been taking down notes and then saying them/writing them elsewhere as something else. Aka: Mixing up dog's names that I've never mixed up before, or days of the week, or whatver.
