A new high
It might be a function of when I posted my last chapter, but I hit a new personal best for hits on ff.net yesterday. The hit/visitor ratio was really good, too. People are reading Absolution's Price even if they don't have much to say about it. The dropoff rate from chapter two to five is virtually nil. I'm hoping it'll get picked up by a c2, not just because that would be awesome but because for a long time I've wanted to find an active Draco/Ginny c2 and none of my other D/G fics have made the cut. Maybe that's not necessary now that I set up an RSS feed to send me all the stories.
Writing tonight was mostly a bust. I'm trying to get Draco to listen to what Pansy has to say, but it just isn't happening, so maybe he won't - to his detriment, of course.
