Wow, re-reading "A Song of Fire and Ice" is so depressing. I'd been avoiding doing so for some time because of that very fact, but I've finally decided it's time. Ned, don't die! Noooooo... *sigh* It's still the best series I've ever read. Hopefully it doesn't go the way of Wheel of Time and last so long that it begins to lose its flavor and turn... well, I wouldn't want to say bad, but "Crossroads of Twilight" wasn't exactly what I would call good either.
Hmm, Romance of the Three Kingdoms is coming out with a new game. This will be #11. I'd like to think that after buying four of them over the years, I'd be good, but now that I've heard the news it's very likely that I'll end up spending another fifty dollars to play a game that's relatively the same game as it was... 20 years ago? That is a loooooong lasting series. Based off a great book though and that's what counts.
Winter break drags on and on, but at least I can voice my thoughts a bit, or lack there of on this little site with its odd goat fascination... I'm being driven insane by the doldrum of Christmas vacation. Not because I've become lethargic or anything, but apparently my old friends from back home certainly have. They all just want to sit around and do things with their families. *shudder* They're insane is what I say. Seems like the very second New Years is over, everyone is so tired out that they're basically dead to the world or something. Well, there's always an early return to good old WSU. At least people there want to do things. Even if those things may involve them puking and me having to carry people back to their apartments. There is no "I" in drunk though...
