now what?
well i guess that's it for deployment. for all of my complaints i've met some pretty cool people. but as always people leave. yesterday the other chick in my shop left. she had to go back to california along with 2/3rds of the boat. the airwing had left a small detatchment behind for offload. this included some of my friends but they are in a meeting now and leaving immediately following. over half of what left of ships company went on leave. this place is now a ghost town and it's only the duty section of whats left for clarification i'm on duty today. So all of this leads up to me sitting here in my shop by myself staring at the walls soaked in self pity. wondering now what. yup i think that about defines today. thank god for watches, that should occupy the rest of my day. and tomorrow begins my hunt for people. sean, your on my hit list. sorry if i got you in trouble with your old lady. i wasn't trying to but that was the only number smitty had and i don't have any ideas on how to track you otherwise except domani i might swing by your shop or something. oh btw, i'm docked at the peir next to your ship. lanse, you need to call in for muster, i think i've heard from everyone else more or less. but yet again i don't have your number and you don't seem to respond to e-mails in a timely manner. grrrr..... i think i'll go waste another carton of cigarrettes since i cant drink today.
