r.i.p kamden vencill
i didn't know kamden well, but we emailed occasionally, and i was really proud to be part of his projects..
i found out from an internet friend this morning that he'd been found dead.
so i'm very sad and heavy... but it's a strange thing with people you know only through the internet, that you only speak with occasionally.. it's difficult to know how to "feel" but i've spent the day walking around with heavy boots and tuning out of real life. and wishing that i'd written more emails and been a real friend.
kamden curated the online art show "we've moved on... why can't you" and the online collective "wheat toast". i was a part of both projects.
