Not many of you know me personally and those of you that do probably don't know that I can speak a little japanese. Actually, I took 3 years of japanese language in high school and have for the last few month been studying it again in my own time. Well, I found out Monday that I have the opportunity of going to school in Hikone, Japan during the spring of 2006 to study color photo and design. I'm strongly considering this option since it is an experience I have wanted to partake in for some time now. My language class in high school went to Japan but I couldn't afford to go and hopefully this time I can come up with the money to go to school there. The cost is just under $4,200 and includes all expenses. The class in Japan is only 3 weeks long but its part of a 7 month program which is included in the fee. Basically there is a 3 month class on japanese language and culture before we go, the 3 weeks in Japan and then when we return, a 3 month class in digital prinkmaking and publication.
p.s. I started drinking soy milk today. Its really doesn't taste as bad as I had heard.
