My job is strategy primarily, though I covered more than that for a time. As far as I can gather, you're covering security, correct?

The only overlap is in forces. If I have a strategy to propose that will alter security, it's necessary for us to work out employee distribution.

Do your strategies not apply to the security, as well?

Obviously, I have more than I need; 398 puppets. I can - handle this.

It's nothing personal. He's come to realise that it's not what he signed up for.

My strategies will apply where they need to. However, at present you have most of our employees on tasks, so you will be the one accommodating the most when I require employees for troops.

I have a plan imminent, on that count. I'll forward details tomorrow. It's relatively significant. If it's doable, within the week the majority of the army company will be out on the field. A skeleton crew, along with your puppets, will be left to guard the building. That should be sufficient.

And no, not this time. A handful, perhaps, but I want a large group of people who can think, not one man whose attention is distributed between that many automatons. The work I require is better for many to burden themselves with.

After all, as long as Hojo remains in the Shinra building, there is a possibility of Zaeruapollo taking advantage of our bared state. I will not risk a repeat of the previous attack, so the place must be defended, but I require many able minds as well as bodies.

They have their part in my plan, which you will see when I forward details.

My puppets are not like that. They follow orders. Tell them to "guard", they will guard. Tell them to "Search" and they will search. It's not just me. I only go through them once every fifteen minutes as a security check.

...Heh. I don't think even he can get through Iron Sand.

Whilst perfect for the task I intend for them, it's inappropriate for the position I require flesh and blood for. Or - should I say - the position flesh and blood will require.

Inhuman enough to fit poorly into this position. It will be an obstruction to those that need to be there - and a waste of valuable resources.
