so my mom and grandmother started a new christmas tradition... as one of my christmas gifts, i get to pick 5-10 ornaments off of my mom's and grandmother's trees for my own tree! this is really exciting because there are several ornaments on both trees that i can remember from my entire childhood and i want to have them with me for always. also, it is another step to being an official grown up! this year i decided to take the plunge and started buying ornaments, so one day i can have enough for a big tree! this tradition and my decision to start my own collection will all help build a beautiful tree one day!!!
