I would like to be on the filter although I don't think I want to be a play tester and I don't know that I would have any meaningful feedback to offer.

Just entertain me, dammit! :)

That was basically my response. It's like, I don't know if I'll say anything useful to you, but I don't particularly want you putting anything in a filter I can't see unless you need to keep it private from me. Pout, whine, lemme in.

Oh, wait, that's nothing like your response. :-)

I was in high school the last time I read a John Carter. I may have to re-read a couple.

The first five books are public domain in the U.S. and are available on Project Gutenberg.

More of the books (possibly all) along with the Venus, Moon and Hollow Earth books are public domain in Australia and are available at the Australian Project Gutenberg site.

International copyright law being the giant mess that it is, I couldn't even begin to guess under what circumstances one would or wouldn't be breaking laws by viewing the Australian files on a computer located in the U.S.

On the other hand, there's really only one ERB story, so the five books that are in the public domain in the U.S. should be more than adequate.

Thanks! That's how I remember them. :)
