[First of all, the video feed is brought to you by one Katanashi the Togepi. Secondly, for some reason, Popura is dressed like a puppy. Neither of these are important in the long run of things, though, because Popura is 99% sure that this isn't real. Why else we should be somewhere so absolutely freezing cold with just a Togepi?
