I think im gonna fast for a few days then restrict
how does this sound to you guys:

monday - 150 cal
tuesday - 150 cal
wednesday - 150 cal
thursday - 150 cal
friday - 350 cal
saturday - 150 cal
sunday- 150 cal

I need your opinions
too much cal.? or too little should i be eating more to lose??
