1) I got a new job that I will be starting in just over a week. It is a job at a law firm downtown in Portland's only building over 12 stories and the view is amazing. Plus I'll be making a little more money and get vacation time in 6 months. Can anyone guess where I am going

I know of several buildings downtown well over 20 stories. Including the KOIN and Wells Fargo, the Fox Tower, etc. Hell, the Federal Courthouse has 16 stories....

yes you are. hey when you become a landlord can i rent from you for hella cheap in a sweet part of town? Come on, it would be perfect. You could take joy in charging me late fees if I was ever late, threatening eviction, all that good stuff, and I could get cheep rent.
