Upon a recommendation, I recently watched the movie "Love Liza." Philip Seymour Hoffman quickly became my favorite supporting actor for his roles in Punch-Drunk Love, Magnolia, and numerous other films. He is by far one of the most versatile and expressive actors that I have seen. In the movie "Love Liza" he plays a husband mourning the loss of his wife, she committed suicide. The movie explores the depth of his loss and the every day dealings with his life. It is a extremely moving and thought provoking movie. The most impressive acting I have ever seen is when the actor/actress makes you feel the emotions that they do.
