Apparently there's a tornado less than ten miles for me. It's right near my uncle's house.

What even, weather? This is New Jersey. We get hurricanes, e get nor'easters, we get blizzards, but tornadoes? Those are not our freak weather phenomena, thanks.

i don't even know what to tag this

We had tornadoes here in Massachusetts and everyone was like "WOT?"

It's pretty much the same here. There was a lot of 'hang on, did the news just say what I think they said?'

The warning is off for now, but there's one of those 'keep your eyes open, shit might just happen' alerts still, so we shall see.

An F3, no less! I work with someone who's originally from the Midwest, and she was all, "WE don't even get F3's!" The "clearly Massachusetts weather is nuts" part was implied.

At least this June isn't like that one two years ago when it rained every day except two of them. Was that two years ago? Or last year? *is senile*

I'm pretty sure it was last year. And, hey! At least we only got 80 inches of snow this winter instead of three straight days/14 inches of rain in March. Right? Maybe? I didn't work a full week the entire month of January this year because of all the snow. That never happens.
