I need to control myself...I've spent too much money this week and it's only Wednesday. I also have decided to curve my other vices and try to get myself to a much needed advancement. Here is a list of things I hope to accomplish and turn into habits.
1. Play guitar EVERY day...and try to practice at least for one hour and start learning songs...maybe a song a day.
2. Stop eating: Fries, heavy breads, pizza (more than once a week), after 7pm
3. Eat More: fresh foods, home made food
4. Get up earlier (before 11:00am)
5. Write more...(music and poetry)
6. Be Positive
It seems forever since I set real goals for myself...change must come and change must endure.
