"If I've come without a thing then I've come with all I need."
Weird, yes, but this lyric, in prayer has inspired me to the conclusion that I will not carry a boquet of flowers at my wedding.
(That, and why would I distract from my sheer, stunning beauty with flowers. Gosh.)
There is a woman at the table across from me in the Mug who came in and asked rather shortly, "Is this a bar?"
She was answered by the barista, "No, this is a coffee shop."
To this she asked, "Do you have any NA's?"
After recieving confused glances, she explained, "Non-alchoholic brews."
"We actually don't have any alchohol."
"Do you have a phone?"
"No, but there's a pay phone down the street."
This is the end of the conversation I heard, but after a few seconds Iooked over at this woman at the register. She was now buying an orange Crush and holding a long rosary with dark blue beads.
She's praying the rosary now. The Crush is half-gone.
I can think of few more appropriate locations in Ypsi for this woman to have stumbled upon.
