So I mentioned how scared I was that my hard work would not be enough but it was all okay, I lost 5lbs in one week! And I did it by being sensible and healthy. No fad diets, nothing harsh and bad for long-term habits. Just smaller portions, less fat and sugar and a little more walking. I am so smug that I mught explode. 5lbs!!!
