A Boy and His God

Jun 10, 2012 00:06

Who: Thor Odinson and Clint 'Hawkeye' Barton
Where: In the City.
When: Daylight hours- never mind precisely when...
What: The unfortunate Hawkeye learns to mind his tongue.

Thor had been sighted on the rooftop.

Which was not entirely unusual as he had, upon taking extended residence in his domain granted to him by Stark, a propensity to wander (if it were late in the night and he'd been roused from slumber, nude within the tower). He was surprisingly quiet when not engaged with a tale to tell or the promise of battle, staring stoically out through the windows into the skies with thoughts none of the present Avengers who encountered him could guess at. What would a demi-god turn his mind to? Home?

Close.

Family?

Closer. His trips to Midgard were not taken lightly (the cost of travel between worlds still great) but they were, for a while, tolerated. Provided they were not too frequent in occurrence.

At times he wished to be with his brave warriors, slaying the beasts that would do the noble harm.

Thor, for all the kind, curious Midgardians around him, felt loneliness. His brother refused to cease hiding. There was naught to do for that but ruminate and observe the world he had adopted in kind.

It was in this mindset Clint Barton found him.

Woe unto he indeed.

a boy and his god, unapologetic crack, status: incomplete, this is revenge for something isn't it
