(no subject)
oh my actual god you guys I just got an email from NYU's education school and THEY LET ME IN. ME. For some inexplicable reason. Like I saw the email on my phone and it just said "decision on your application" so I figured, okay, let's go get rejected, and I opened it and it started with "Congratulations" and I had to take a moment to make sure I was awake.
I GOT IN. I got in and no matter what happens with the other four, I'm going to New York and I'm going to be an English teacher.
Now I have to deal with the tangle of deadlines, because I would actually prefer to go to one of the CUNY programs because money, but their deadlines are later and IDK how I'm going to wrangle that, but it doesn't matter because I'M GOING. IT'S HAPPENING. I don't know HOW but it's actually happening.
