(no subject)
So I haven't been on the internet in days and days.
I got a new job at Border Cafe in Harvard Square. I'm a hostess and hopefully eventually a server. I like it there ok, it is like this huge community of employees though, with cliques and gossip etc. It's fine. I like working in busy restaurants, I like feeling tired at night and I can't wait to get my first check. They have an extensive sexual harassment policy.
I got my grades for last semester and I have a 3.3 overall, and a 3.57 in my major, so I am pretty happy that I keep pulling this shit off at the last minute. I like school sometimes. I'm glad I'm almost done though.
Christmas was fine. I saw my family and some friends. Devynn showed up out of nowhere and we got to catch up. Memere was cute and funny. I went to the most depressing Christmas Eve service at my church. I love my family. My mum gave me a coat and boots and other warm things, which is practical and wonderful. I like that I didn't receive anything extravagant this year. It was nice and quiet and little. My head is everywhere right now, I'm not sure why.
Joncon showed up last night out of nowhere, so of course Meg and I hung around with him and Brandon and drank in Harvard Square alleys and then Silhouette and then Susan's and then Joncon got arrested and we tried to bail him out but that was impossible but it doesn't matter he's out now anyway. I do not think that it is possible to have a quiet, successful visit with joncon. I love him and missed him though.
I have to finish signing up for classes right now. Wahwah. Byee.
