Update: I hate being right.
ETA: though, this time, it feels cleaner. We set ground rules, we're taking some time apart, I'm going to go in for therapy on some of my issues. And now that it's happened and I'm not just sitting here being afraid it'll happen, the anxiety has been cut, though how long that's going to last is anyone's guess.
Mostly just sad, now.
