there is hardly anything ever so rewarding as redrecting all the attention to one's self. the best part being that, in this scenario, all the grievance over the french-speaking was brought on by my single use of the word "derriere". i fear the meaning of it was lost to my audience despite it being used in the right context. how unforch.
