Laptops and kitty paws.
So the one thing I did do last year that I promised myself I'd do was get a laptop. A 17" Dell Vostro 3700. I am extremely happy about my new comp, and as it turns out, so is my cat ;P
Hindsight has taken to walking over the keypad as often as she can. It's adorable and highly amusing to watch :)
This year I'm going to get my Drivers and I am going down to the coast to visit my family. Plus I'm getting my passport. The world's doors are open and I'm going to see as much as I can before I can't.
But that's in the future. For now, I'm staying at home reading a few books this weekend, listening to the pitter patter of the rain that has been forecast for all of Sat and Sunday. A relaxing weekend and then it's back to work.
I am now a full time staff member at Wits, and will be studying part-time until I have the money to complete my Psyc degree. Again, that is a long way off. For now, I'm focusing on my English lit. Once I leave varsity I will have two masters degrees under my belt and will then be to highly qualified for any jobs I might need. Oh! what a shocker!
