I'm at Ariel's college playing on the computer in the library cause she has a class till 10. This gives me an abundance of time to tell you about my first flying experience and how my vacation has been thus far... BUT, I'm so freaking lazy so you can expect no such stories from me. Actually I can provide some information cause I have about 3 hours to kill. ;)
Let me first say that hurtling down a runway in a 767 for the very first time is fun and slightly terrifying. There was little turbulance on my way to Vancouver so all was good. I nearly missed my connection in Vancouver because I'm a retard that doesn't understand how airports and baggage check works when on a connecting flight to the US. Luckily they held the plan for me... which I might add was more terrifying to fly in then the 767. During the whole landing process it kept dropping suddenly... which is normal for those planes but it still scared the crap out of me.
Thus far the trip has been a lot of fun. Ariel lives in a great, laid-back neighbourhood and has cool roommates. I'm not too keen on the desert-like climate but I'm adjusting and sadly my arms have become tanned. :-P First time in like 8 years. Damn you sun... DAMN YOU! I bought records and I still have a hard time figuring out america's generic money. I swear canada is ideal for stupid, slow people like me. They make everything so easy and effortless.
I also got to put wings on a truck. Which I bet most people cannot proudly proclaim in as much truth as I can. It was fun. I also met Michelle how has been a member on my mailing list for eons. In case people are reading this and don't know, I know ariel because she joined my smashing pumpkins mailing list many years back... And I've met a total of 4 people now. Kat, Saul, Ariel and Michelle. :)
Reading this over is so horrible. I sound like a 14 year old that just came home from camp. Oh well... screw you if you think that. :-P I have 6 days left and I hope to actually take a picture on one of those days... I brought my digital camera and have yet to remove it from my suitcase. =D That is all for now... leave me comments so that when I check my mail I actually have something to read other then ads for getting a bigger dick or batteries for my cell phone. thanks for reading...
