Alex is, once again, busy on the phone, and Henry is going through the classifieds. He's waiting on phone calls from several engineering firms and charitable organizations, and he's confident he will get those calls, so now all that remains is to find a place to live. He'll have to get his furniture out of storage in Detroit, what furniture he has, and get it down here somehow, but he always has enough money to move on. It's one of the benefits of never spending any on himself otherwise.
He's been dragging his feet about getting this done, but he can't live here forever, like some kind of stay-in mistress. It'd be demeaning for both of them if he stayed dependant like this, so it has to be done- but he won't like having to meet in secret at no-tell motels or sneaking around in the dark like teenagers with a curfew. At least Alex isn't married, though. He appreciates that.
Now, for the ads- no, no, no, emphatically no, maybe- no. Why is this so hard?
