Reasons to be cheerful
Because it's raining, it's been raining for about a week now with no real end in sight. I like that.
Because it's president's day, i'm not sure whether for a particular president or all presidents in general... presidents of the United States that is. I think I used to know when I was a child but since then I forgot. I like presidents, they're good people for the most part. There is a big hullabullu being made about Prez Bush admitting he smoked pot when he was younger, is anyone really surprised by that? Bah.
Because you're thousand of miles away. Stay there and please don't come back.
Because I have a full tank of gasoline in my car, now I can drive far away from here.
Because I have a new book. I need to read it when I get home.
Because i have a fresh pack of Luckies and I don't plan to share them with anyone, not even you.
Because my shoe has hole in the end and my toe pokes out when I walk.
Because somewhere John Cusak is smiling.
