It rained tonight and
I forgot the diapers in the shopping cart at target so I had to go back to get it. Tavi was throwing some tude at me about leaving again and so I said just come with and so she did, happily. She took this strange figure auntie Vee gave her from a baby shower of a baby sitting on an elephant, affectionately calling it "baby elephant". She came inside the store and waved and said hello to everyone that passed by her. She brings so much joy to not only me, but others too and I got to thinking how it all started with cells multiplying inside my uterus. We istened to the Beatles while I drove home. Two of Us came on and I couldn't help but feel like it was the perfect moment. Her in the back, me in the front singing along and wet from the rain. Going home to see dad and greema. Like, a total tear jerker moment that made my life tonight.
