On Spring 2011
So I never kept my feelings journal....its been a while since I posted at all in fact. I'm terrible about keeping journals. Though, I've been a bit better about updating my comic blog; latest entry here:

In any case, life is proceeding as normal. I finished the semester with a 3.9 gpa. Although, had I been more on my game, I would have stopped in to see my jury comments. Now I have to wait until august. -whiiine-
Next on the docket is Opera on the Avalon. I've done it twice before, and I'm thinking this may be the last year I do it. I am ready to try something in Europe I think. Anyway, I'm singing Barbarina which will be a lot of fun. I've always enjoyed her character, plus its my favourite opera. I hear we're supposed to be staging it pre-ww2. It should be interesting, but I was really looking forward to doing it in period. Mainly because I've never done anything that's been staged in that period. Oh well.
In other news, I'm thinking about converting this space into a cooking blog. I recently moved out of the dorms into an apartment and so the idea of cooking is still very novel and exciting. In all likelihood, It probably won't last very long, but if I means there is one more function of this blog, I may be more likely to post on it at least semi-regularly.
I just got home to Canada a few days ago and I have to admit, I did not miss the weather. The idea that this cold, damp weather once constituted as summer kind of astounds me. I think I may be turning back into an American. Either way, I'm well-fed and rested so whats an extra sweater here and there?
