Neku is a surrealistic artist in the making who isn't doing so well. Life story is pretty much like his canon; he had a close friend that died when he was younger and closed himself off from the world.

Beat continuely bugs Neku after running across him and they become "friends" after a while as he tries to bring him out of his shell.
