Hei wasn't without his fair share of nostalgia. Once again, he was working with Amber as a team, although this time, their roles were different. He ran alongside her through the raging storms towards their central point, ready to help transport anyone who needed shelter from the elements.

They reached a section of the city and streets that didn't look too badly damaged by the earthquake. It was here that Amber's steps slowed. "We're near the residential district," she said, almost shouting over the storm. "There will be people nearby. I don't take it you have any of your equipment on you...?" Knowing Hei, she wouldn't be surprised if he had something hidden on his body. "...It doesn't matter. All we need is my ability-- and maybe the Meteor Shard."

"I only have the Meteor Shard and my coat with me," Hei replied. The Meteor Shard, conveniently small enough to stay in his pocket, might become useful. His trench coat, folded up in his back pocket, might deflect some extra damage, but it wasn't entirely needed. Everything else...probably wouldn't have had much use in this regard. He could make do without it.

"My equipment won't be necessary. Are you ready?"

"Yes," said Amber. "Alright." She stopped walking and stood in the middle of the street with a look of intense concentration on her face. Her eyes began to glow, and their surroundings filled with light, before she found herself standing still in a monochrome city.
